THE DUB have earned their place in the ROCK-N-ROLL history, many times over. Originated in Harlem,
New York by still member. Cleveland Still, they have been singing together since 1957.
They went on to record hit after hit in the 50's, including many that will be classics forever.
Their first hit. "DON'T ASK ME TO BE LONELY" took the east coast by fire. It wasn't until their
next masterpiece that the rest of the country caught on to what the EAST COAST had discovered.
COULD THIS BE MAGIC rocketed to the top of the charts & stayed in the top 40 charts for
the next 16 years. For most groups of the 50's this would have been it for them, but not
"THE DUBS". They followed up this monster smash hit with "CHAPEL OF DREAMS & the
unforgetable "BE SURE MY LOVE",as well as many more beautiful ballads and love songs that charted higher.
The group has never let up since then. Even though they have gone through several personnel changes since
the early days, the remarkable aura of the band has never been stronger. They are still in worldwide demand
to perform for audiences that still appreciate beautiful style and high smooth
harmony. Watching their high energy performances has been described as mesmerizing. Crowds flock to see
them where ever they are performing, whether it's the grand stafge of MADISON SQUARE GARDEN, THE
LEGENDARY APOLLO THEATRE, otr the luxurios casinos of Atlantic City.
No matter where it is they always leaver their following screaming for more.
